FINAL STRATEGIC PLAN
The final North Valley Passenger Rail Strategic Plan has been completed and was approved by the BCAG Board of Directors at the May 2024 meeting. See the final plan in the Documents page. To view the meeting agenda, please visit the BCAG Board of Directors page.
DRAFT STRATEGIC PLAN
The draft North Valley Passenger Rail Strategic Plan comment period closed February 6th. A final plan will that incorporates comments received will be completed and posted here in February or March 2024.
DRAFT STRATEGIC PLAN AND VIRTUAL COMMUNITY WORKSHOP #2
After gathering input on preliminary draft components of the strategic plan from the first virtual community workshop in late February 2023, and the community questionnaire in spring 2023 (see below), a draft strategic plan was completed in December 2023. A second virtual community workshop was held on December 13th to review key details of the draft plan and garner additional feedback . A public review period for the draft plan was held in January into early February 2024. A final plan will be completed and posted to this website in late March 2024.

VIRTUAL COMMUNITY QUESTIONNAIRE
