An Initial Service and Operations Planning Analysis Memo was developed summarizing initial service and operations such as route, station locations, service levels, etc. (June 1, 2023).

Virtual community workshops were held on February 23, 2023 and December 13, 2023 that provided an update on Strategic Plan development and the opportunity to provide input and ask questions. To view summary reports and workshop videos, see our Strategic Plan page.

A community questionnaire was developed and circulated in spring 2023, click here for results.

A Project Study Report equivalent document was prepared for the project to enable eligibility for State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) funding for future phases of the project and is available here.

A Project Development Team has been assembled to guide the development of the study and is comprised of city and county representatives from the study area along with staff from Caltrans, Sacramento Area Council of Governments, transit agencies, etc. Project Development Team meetings are held quarterly.
